I was assigned the task to source a product XYZ at the best prices lower than $10 per unit. Best quality product with customize packaging.

I started work on this project. First of all, I did a complete competitor analysis and find out what people like about this product and what dislike. After that, I find gold suppliers on Alibaba with trade assurance and verified supplier badges with at least 5 years of experience of in manufacturing this product. Then I communicated with 7 suppliers and short-listed the 3 best suppliers out of them. Then I placed an order for samples. Within 10 days I got samples from the suppliers then I deeply analyze the product samples from each supplier. Finally, I selected one product with the satisfaction of my client. After that, I communicated with the supplier about the features I want to add to the product. I also discussed the points about the product at which I want special improvements. I mentioned all these things in the contract with the supplier. I also negotiate the price and lowered it to $9.80/unit. Then we placed an order for 500 units. My client paid 30% of the total amount according to the contract. After 12 days our order got ready. We hired the inspection team of Qima.com for inspection of our inventory. The team check the inventory according to our requirements and passed it. Then my client paid the remaining 70% of the payment to the supplier and shipped his inventory to Amazon Wearhouse in the USA. My client was very happy with me. He paid me my fee of $250+ $50 tip. It was a very good experience with working that client. I am still in contact with that supplier and help him in managing his Amazon seller central.
